Instead of buying equipment and managing it, your business pays a predictable fee for a service with maintenance and performance monitoring included for the agreed term. It can suit organisations that want the benefits of on-site energy without a capital project or the in-house expertise to run it.

We design, install and maintain solar, batteries and EV chargers, so the service we propose is based on equipment and maintenance we understand. We use premium equipment, including JA Solar panels and batteries, inverters and EV chargers from Sigenergy, GoodWe, Fox ESS and Sungrow. The comparison with outright purchase is honest, because a service model is not the lowest-cost option for every business, and all electrical work is done by our licensed electricians.

An Energy-as-a-Service agreement is a long-term commitment. Review the term, fee escalation, the maintenance and response times included, who owns the equipment, what happens if you relocate, and the end-of-term options. Leased premises need landlord consent.
Any savings depend on how the site uses the energy, its demand charges and future grid prices. Eligible batteries may qualify for NSW business battery incentives from 1 September 2026, which can affect the fee; confirm current values on the official NSW page. We do not provide financial or legal advice, so have your advisers review the agreement.
1. Request the proposal and send us 12 months of bills, interval data and your EV charging needs.
2. We confirm the fee in writing and schedule a site assessment.
3. We design the solar, battery and EV charging system and build the energy model.
4. You receive the proposal with the indicative monthly fee and comparisons.
5. If you proceed, the agreement is finalised, approvals are sought and the proposal fee is credited.
The price shown is an indicative starting price; the final fixed proposal fee is confirmed in writing after we review the site.
The proposal fee is credited if the Energy-as-a-Service agreement proceeds for the site covered by the proposal.
Monthly fees and terms are indicative until a formal agreement is signed and are subject to credit and site approval.
Installation is subject to network approval, landlord consent where relevant and, for some sites, council approval.
