Commercial solar works best when it is designed around how the site actually operates. We look at weekend and holiday loads, tenancy arrangements, roof condition and future plans such as EV charging or a battery, then recommend a system size that keeps most of the generation on site. Where it suits, we can use Sungrow, GoodWe, Fox ESS or Sigenergy commercial inverters. We schedule works to minimise disruption to trading, carry public liability cover suited to commercial sites, and give you one team to deal with from proposal to commissioning and beyond.

Certificates: depending on its size, a commercial system can create Small-scale Technology Certificates that reduce the upfront cost, while larger systems fall under different certificate rules. We confirm which applies in your proposal. STC values step down each 1 January, so check current values on the official pages before signing.
Approvals and limits: larger systems usually need a more detailed network application and may require grid protection equipment or an export limit. Leased premises need the landlord's written consent, and some roofs need a structural check. We hold $20 million public liability cover.
