Industrial sites often have a handful of loads that drive most of the energy bill: compressors, chillers, furnaces, pumps, conveyors and production lines that start together and push demand to a new peak. Our Industrial Energy and Demand Reduction Study measures those loads directly, links them to your production schedule and identifies practical ways to reduce both energy use and demand charges.
The study is priced from $2,500 per site as an indicative starting price. The final fixed price depends on the number of circuits logged and the size of the site, and is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Logging equipment is connected by our licensed electricians under safe work procedures, and some connections may need a short isolation. Many sites prefer to schedule that during a planned shutdown or break. The study does not normally interrupt production, and we agree access times with you first.
Savings depend on whether operational changes are adopted and on future tariffs. Where batteries rank well, NSW business battery incentives from 1 September 2026 may apply to eligible systems; confirm current values on the official NSW page. 1. Request the study and send us 12 months of bills, interval data and a single-line diagram if available.
2. We confirm the logging points, scope and fixed price in writing.
3. Our team walks the site with your staff and our licensed electricians install the loggers.
4. The loggers record typical production periods and are then removed.
5. We analyse the data, test demand reduction options and rank them by payback.
6. You receive the report and we present the findings to your management team.

The site must provide safe access to switchboards and nominate a contact for inductions and site safety requirements.
Logging periods should cover normal production; unusual weeks may affect the results.
